A letter from Luke
My name is Luke, I’m 30 and I work shift work along with being on call for the rural fire brigade.
I’ve recently completed my first 6-week phase of online coaching with Tyler from JudgeFit, my goal coming into this was not to become “body builder buff”, but to simply trim up and maintain some muscle, to achieve the toned look, whilst working towards the goal of mastering bodyweight exercises like pullups and gaining all round strength.
Before beginning with JudgeFit online coaching, I was a little worried that I would be landed with a stock standard workout plan and left alone to do it with no guidance. I soon found that this was not the case at all! Tyler has been persistently and continuously checking in with me and adjusting my programme as needed.
I’ve found that through Tyler’s programming, I have not only become stronger physically but mentally as well, gaining more and more confidence as I go! Not to mention I can now do 7 consecutive pullups, when originally, I struggled to just get 2 out! I’ve also noticed, after taking new measurements, that my waistline has reduced by a cm and my shoulders and chest have increased. This was all in my first 6-week phase of training!
Apart from being held accountable, feeling continuously supported, being listened to and having my programme adjusted to suit me as an individual, my favourite thing about my experience with Tyler was, there was never any judgement!
I can’t wait to begin my second phase of programming and continue to make progress!
